kelas festival

Gara-gara nggak sempet pergi ke Jiffest,maka saya memutuskan untuk membawa film-film kelas festival ke rumah! ( kalo kelas VVIP gimana ya?) Terima kasih para penjual dvd bajakan, terutama untuk Ko' Acung dengan saran-sarannya yg telak.
Jadi dalam seminggu saya melalap (secara kronologis nih),"Napoleon Dynamite","In the Mood for Love", "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind","Like Water for Chocolate",Chunking Express". Yang terakhir sempat kepotong mati lampu setengah jam...O ya, ada 2 yang gak sekelas festival : "How to Lose Guy in 10 Days" dan "Sound of Colors" (gara2 buku cerita anak-anak yang ituuuu)

Napoleon Dynamite
waw! revenge from the NERDs continued!This is one of the most satiric yet comical movie I ever saw.It reminds me how nerd I always been. watch out for the LIGER!

In the Mood for Love
one of Wong Kar Wai's masterpiece.I can go nuts over the colours he has chosen for that movie ! The costume is fantastic! I can see the elegant cutting...the exuberant colors..Maggie Cheung's character reminds me of my mom though.
the eternal question in their relationship....."perhaps........perhaps...perrrrrrrrrhaps!"
I thought Nat King Cole's "In the mood for Love" was the right song for the soundtrack..
"I'm in the mood for love simply because you're near me
Funny
but when you're near me..
I'm in the mood for love"
still..perhaps..perhaps..perhaps fell right in to the place.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Well, I was dreading to see this flick because someone told me this movie is soooo me (??) This is the super duper romantic flick
I complitely understand them somehow...
Well this can apply to my recent heart condition, I wish I could go to getty images, save an image to erase his image in my mind. Since he is just a rainbow, sunray should easily erase his image from my pathetic mind.

"Like Water for Chocolate"
i think this is one of the best mexican movie i ever saw.It's very impulsive and emotional.Sensuous and delicious...

"Chunking Express"
YEAH ! i know how u feel Faye ! utterly ultimately absolutely can relate to Faye's character. It's a bit obsesssive...yet it's just another way to love other.
The colours...the movements..this movie is definitely one of my all time favourite!
To enjoy Takeshi Kaneshiro's georgeous feature was a delight as well..
but Tony Leung just stole my heart beat away..with that puppy eyes and smile that make me sigh all through the end of the movie.
